Pretty hopeless without a schematics.
J2 can be zero ohms jumper, R18 same as R19.
Bottom pair of transistors can be the same, but upper pair is something else.
R45 could be 581.

Quite a zap.
It can have taken with it some others also that have no external marks.

Probably the primary switching transistors shorted and the HV (300V+) went everywhere, pretty sure there're lots of other roasted stuff.
