keyboard troubleshoot
« on: January 15, 2014, 11:30:46 pm »
My bluetooth keyboard recently stopped working. It doesn't power on at all, and I have no idea why.

I tried fresh batteries, and even a dc power supply. I probed the GND and Vcc pads and they test good. What else can I do to narrow down the problem?

I would check the condition of the power switch/button, look for blown fuses, burned out chips signs of water damage or anything else along those lines.

Everything you mentioned checks out good.

Maybe I'll test the caps for shorts....
