LTC1052 TLC2652

Are these two Devices the same the reason I ask is that Texas instruments off both types of IC with the same package and pin out?

If they are not the same device overall which of these Devices has the better performance.

The best way to determine is to compare the data sheet specs. Also check to see if either are EOL and one replaces the other for new designs.
