I had a book i purchased in the 90s called "Bug bots" or something long those lines. Yours bots reminds me of those only style bots that were popular then. Repurposed gear from Walkmen and VCRs, etc.

Just curious though. What makes your platform stand out from the countless other microcontroller platforms? Seems like the markets been flooded with these.

Most of these robots don't use micro controllers, they use the inverters in the Ic's as artificial neurons. So there's no programming. Also its cheap :). You can have a 4 motor walker with legs made out of pipe cleaners and it would teach itself to walk :).Most of the designs are based on robots from 20years ago, With the advent of microcontrollers this type of robotics didn't really get its chance. So its something id like to see popular again.

Are you considering making a video for your kickstarter? I remember doing a study a couple of years back in college and discovered that a key to successful kickstarters is a video. Quality isnt quite as important when you get to asking for less money, so anything to explain it may help :)
