How the Peltier effect works, at the atomic level.
« on: December 26, 2017, 03:03:55 am »
Found this what explains how the Peltier effect works at the atomic level, what some may find interesting:

Also, anyone had any real snow outdoors recently in the land down under.  :-DD Summer in December is just not on!

Only snow is indoors, but I really am not going to drive 5km to that mall and face the crowds to see it, I can just open the freezer instead. If i want real snow it is a 4 hour drive away in the mountains, should still be some around, even if the day is 27C already.

Had hail yesterday. It was fuzzy enough where it piled up to look like snow.

Still while i failed to fully grasp the concept. Atleast it heloed clarify why the limitations of peltiers exist.

One christmas I had frost and ice, took ages to dig it out of the freezer to make room for the food.  :-DD
