Have you been able to check the frequency response?

Nice! You could put a trimmer cap in parallel with C6 to adjust for any parasitic capacitance in the circuit. Another thing to consider is the 3D printed case could have a finger guard to stop your hand slipping onto the DUT. I've seen a few HV probes with this.

You really haven't taken any chances with your resistor chain! Lots of nice isolation. If you're measuring kV levels, have you checked that the creepages/clearances are okay?

no trimmer needed or wanted, i only want to use it together with my own scope,
and it is only needed to be super fine tuned for very fast square signals,
normally high voltage curves are rather slow on the edges, so in practice not a big deal.
I have taken this one to 10kv a few times, just because it went lucky for me, is not the same thing as i recommend you do the same,
5kV is the recommended max continues.
no need to add finger hold back plastic, it is internal test equipment only to be used or made by people who know
how hard 5kv kicks.
but you are welcome to edit the STL files and reshare them, you are also welcome to get the fusion project
if you want to modify.

look at the cost :-)
