The Australian EEB magazine that is.
Ten years' worth of a quirky experimental electronics magazine published by a Hobart university professor can be found at:
http://www.rochester-engineering.com/EEB/Numerous projects, theory articles, circuit ideas and more. Sort of like Talking Electronics but covers a wider field and pitched at more experienced readers.
Its articles were frequently quoted in bigger electronics and radio publications of the time (but, rarely, if ever, in Electronics Australia, etc).
(The publisher later moved to Melbourne and very recently passed away)
