8x8 RGB led matrix

Must be smoking something the unit has 32 pins and I must have lost my brain last night when I was looking at it :/  Don't need help now.


Ordered an 8x8 RGB led matrix from ebay and it only has 16 pins, it's common anode, but I can only get blue out of it. I am trying to figure out how to get the other colours. From what I gather from the very little information google provided I need to send a high, or low single to it to change colours, Is this correct? maybe it was a pulse Is it possible to do this with a bench psu? Any help or a pointer in the right direction would be great!
