Best in circuit IC tester please recommend

I have been searching the internet for the  best in circuite IC testers for couple of weeks! all fingers pointed to the ABI 8000 plus, however, it is madly expensive by all means!

Would you please recommend a similar device that is capable of testing analog and digital ICs in circuit, fault locator, short locator, oscilloscope and other functions that the ABI system has. Or if you can recommend different devices that can do its work, especially for the in circuit IC tester.

I have found it in ebay for 1/3 of the price of Abi device you mention.
Work somehow in semiautomatic method.
Check both analog (opamps), and digital (gates, counters, etc) ICs.
Have also a really powerful VI signature tester which helps me a lot for 2-3 pins components
Have additionaly tenths of other functions not useful for me, even a built in dual channel oscilloscope.
Ι distinguish the built-in RS485 reader, which is also useful for my job to check a such network on-site.  Not forgot to tell you is portable, and can work with an external power bank!
