Keil Logic Analyzer View for STM32F7

Hello guys,

I digitized the ADC converted data and see the value changing in Keil IDE debug mode. Now I try to visualize the converted data with logic analyzer. Because the designing an interface will take time for me. My question is that the matching error between oscilloscope capture signal and logic analyzer shows. Why there is a difference between the signals and how can I fix it? The other thing is that my ADC is ADS7886 and the sampling rate is 1 MSPS. So what is the actual sampling rate in the conversion? How can I calculate it?
