A supplier on ebay failed to ship some UCT 108663-01 DOCXOs to me that I purchased. As part of the resolution process, he offered to include an additional oscillator as compensation. However, when I received the shipment, the extra oscillator was a UCT 108663-02 rather than a UCT 108663-01. I have Googled both device numbers and found that both are for sale, but could not find the difference between them. When I tested the units they all provide a 10 MHz sine wave. So, I imagine the difference may have something to do with stability or perhaps the EFC tuning range (this is a pure guess).
Does anyone have information on the distinction? The only spec sheet I could find is for the Oscilloquartz OCXO 8662/8663. Comments on the EEVBlog suggest the UCT is a rebranded Oscilloquartz, but the identification information is not the same.
Thanks for any help.
