Ok , you have reason, the employer quoted on the first post . But i still follow without seeing the discrimination for age .
Do you see logic that a fifty years old men with the same knowledge (without experience) than young men(20-30 years old) together?
I see very strange and uncommon, the logic is that olds men must to taught the young men. Furthermore , the old men and young men haven't the same cultural valors , neither same criteria .
So it might arise conflicts among them .
An other hand , Would it be discrimination , if a employer rejects to candidate that hasn't a nice level on english (read/written and spoken)?
