Yup, same issue here, isn't the video somewhere on a decent site?

And looking at the comments part of the video appears to be lighting a 800-1200W light to prove his point, with people pointing out that even though the light gives some light, it's obviously not running at 1kW in the tests since it doesn't produce anywhere near enough light for that, but at way lower power it'll already produce some light, so he should just measure the actual power instead of being like "look, this kW light is giving light so i'm producing 1 kW"

Video played fine for me. I'm not signed up for Tiktok either.

Youtube version:

It's definitely not AC...
It's not DC...
It's 100% BS!    ::)

At last a clear explanation  of the difference between AC  and DC, DC  you have to real heavy wire but AC only needs real small wires .

Imagine you just invented something worth trillions of $$$ - and invest all your money into the shittiest phone with a "camera" to present your findings to the world.

Here is a comment from the youtube video that sums it up:

"This is the guy from Steven Greer's movie "The lost Century: and how to reclaim it" ... the guy they recorded on hidden cameras and altered his voice. He talks about how he was threatened with prison time if he ever built these devices again. Or if anyone else replicated them. He tried to patent one of his devices back in 1986 and was given a secrecy order under the guise of national security. He had many devices working. I forget his name but you can find other videos of his on youtube."

Also for a laugh, look at the user reviews on IMDB for that movie.
