Siglent sent me one of their new SDS1204X-E four channel, 200 MHz scopes. I reviewed it here (http://www.ganssle.com/tem/tem341.html#article4) and will now pass it along - the contest for it is here: http://www.ganssle.com/contest.html

Dear sir, let me offer you a virtual hand-shake and hat tip, I've appreciated your witty column and advice for the embedded engineers for a looong time, I mean really long, since the time I was getting it on floppies form the University (the only place that had leased line Internet access, ca '94). Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all the good advice and entertainment during the years.


I hope you'll become a contributor to our community, there are a lot of young (and less young) ones that will benefit from your mentoring. So once again welcome.

I remember meeting you, and remember being impressed by the Czech engineers. Smart folk, and a lot of fun.
