My brother is a printer at a large print house that prints bingo tickets for a national 'Newspaper' who  give away bingo cards as a sales pitch. The security is very heavy and  quality control is vital. However ALL the winning tickets are printed separately and passed to the newspaper who cherry pick the location of the winners to maximize it's marketing impact. So your soar away sun bingo ticket is far from random and demographics is the main criteria for your chance to win.
Machines were mice and Men were lions once upon a time, but now that it's the opposite it's twice upon a time.
