Yeah. A significant number of years ago I was on temporary assignment in London and I decided to attend a fitness training session in Hyde Park that was run by an ex-Royal Marine. I just about managed it without passing out but the next morning I was so stiff that the only way I could brush my teeth was to hold the brush horizontal and stationary whilst I rotated my head from side to side.  :-DD

Now I'm older and more sensible.
Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks.

Yes, happens a lot after an extreme workout. it's not good, you should not push your body to those limits  :)
