Substitutes for BF245A, BF199, BAW62?

I would like to build an input amplifier based on a schematic of an old Philips frequency counter but the components are not produced anymore.
The BAW62 can probably replaced with the 1N4148 (however, diode capacitance is the double of that of the BAW62...).
What are the closest substitutes for the BF245A and the BF199 (either TO-92 or SOT23)?

BF245A in this application can be replaced (from current production devices) by BF256B (TO-92) or MMBF4416 (SOT-23).  BF199 can be replaced by KSP10TA in TO-92 or BFS17 in SOT-23. BAW62 can be replaced by 1N4148.
