My UNI-T bench multimeter model UT804 has developed an annoying display screen flashing back-light. Starts ok for about 30 seconds then flashes randomly. I have tried the menu to turn the backlight permanently OFF but this has no effect. I could live with it permanently off!
Any suggestions? Have searched for a schematic without any success. UNI-T not interested in helping me other than send it back to the factory for repair.
