Hello, there is a HP 85620A mass memory module on an old HP 8560e spectrum analyzer, how should I place DLP files into the Mass memory module? Where should I find DLP files for measuring the THD, SNR, phase noise or something similar?

These days all those tools are dead!

Does anyone have a HP85620A with bunch of DLP files for measuring the THD and such parameters? I want to buy one
