Old for New are around but very hard to find... looking around I found this URL in Canada,
electronics are under Exotic Slide Rules, as far I can tell.  :-+

Page below, look for: Hemmi/Sun 266 Electronic Engineering 10" Duplex Rules

http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/exotic.html

this page has some electronic rules, however their highly priced and sold-out; however if you keep a keen eye
on this site, you could get lucky.

Here is the main page for all there slide rules:

I've only seen the wheel charts for resister color code available new in the past few years.
They do turn up frequently on ebay though.

Here's a few of mine:  www.stevenjohnson.com/cardboard

You might be able to find something like this a bit easier:
http://www.atsi.ca/images/eevblog/RS_OHMS_FRONT.jpg
http://www.atsi.ca/images/eevblog/RS_OHMS_BACK.jpg
http://www.atsi.ca/images/eevblog/RS_OHMS_SLIDE_FRONT.jpg
http://www.atsi.ca/images/eevblog/RS_OHMS_SLIDE_BACK.jpg

Or you can just print out these images and have them laminated and make you own!

There is also the Pickett N-515-T which was made for the Cleveland Institute of Electronics and they are much easier to find:
http://www.sliderule.ca/pickett.htm
scroll down a bit to find the N515-T
