Need help identifying a MFG IC Mark

The logo is a stylized "MR" with lines shooting around it. Anyone know who this is?

I think it's a 25Q40 serial flash memory chip, but I don'rt know what's "MR" ......

I'm not sure about the specific manufacturer, but it should be interchangeable with any other 25Q40 memory of the same package.
