When traveling, be on a 40 day fast and BYO distilled rain water,
saves money on suspect food and adult diaper/nappies,
and looking for a rest room (dunny) every 5 minutes (that isn't busy with a deal going down and or someone going down)   

Apparently that system worked for Jesus and many prophets, and who can argue with that
