I recently found a bag full of ST4148 diodes.
I cannot find a datasheet for it anywere.
I do have a bunch of 1N4148 and they are all Small Signal Fast Switching.
But not sure what ST is... any ideas anyone?

I take it they are glass body (DO-34) diodes marked,
"ST
41
48"
or something like that?
Yeah, they often leave off the 1N for brevity. It's a 1N4148 made by ST.
