Same as any other seven segment with common anode or cathode, but with the caveat that a segment is composed of four diodes and hence requires a forward voltage drop of four diodes. The decimal point is two diodes.

If they are common-cathode, you can use these:  MAX7219, MAX7221, AS1100, AS1106, AS1107
