I have this scope from Keysight Technologies that I am looking to sell. Its a 1GHz scope with 4 analog and 16 digital channels.
It is BRAND NEW,, and contains all the following items:

Certificate of calibration, 3-year calibration interval
Secure erase
One N2843A 500 MHz 10:1 attenuation passive probe per channel (4 total)
One N2756A 16 digital channel MSO cable
Multi-language interface and help: English, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Thai, Turkish
Documentation CD containing localized user’s guide, service guide, and programmer’s manual
Localized power cord and overlay.

I am looking for $13,500, but am open to negotiation

Why not?
If you already have a good Keysight scope, why not sell your winning to an EEVblog member for a special price?
I don't say that $13500 is special!

I'd also specify which options are installed. I guess the MSO option is there but how about decoding and so on.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

How would I be able to check which options are installed on the device?

But if I were to guess, I would think it would have nothing else included, just a base model.

Turn it on and take a picture of the system information screen.

If three 100  Ohm resistors are connected in parallel, and in series with a 200 Ohm resistor, how many resistors do you have?

I have the feeling anyone with over 10K to burn for a 'scope, would
A) have bought one already
B) would spend less and buy used
C) may not be reading this thread

Although my $550 (shipping extra) still stands, I see an Ebay listing in the scope's future ...

It has only been up for 5 hours. But I think the asking price is too high. You can pick one up new, unopened, from a legit dealer for near the same price. Or a -DEMO unit for around 12k, also from legit dealer.

Yeah I wouldnt be surprised, but with such a niche device I dont even know where to go to find a buyer. Also, what would a good asking price for this be then?

I don't know what the correct price would be (but I think being near a dealer price asking a bit too much)

Brumby setup a poll for you, it might help https://www.eevblog.com/forum/chat/how-much-would-you-pay-re-fs-brand-new-keysight(agilent)-msox3104t/msg929411/?topicseen#msg929411

I don't see a problem with selling a high end scope you won. It's more scope than most people need, and see the other thread on whether or not you'd sell a $250k Porsche if you won it.

It's going to be hard, even at say half retail price, the buyers with such cash to throw around would be limited.
Although I sold a $15k Audio Precision test set on ebay once on my first listing (they obviously had a watch alert)

I suspect this one might have to go for $10k or less.
