Got an offer, its used, but physically & cosmetically is > 95%, comes with original Fluke's probes, and assuming its working fine and in-cal.

Aware that its subjective, just really want to get the "feel" from you guys.

The norm for a used working 189 in the US on eBay seems to be between $170 & $230. Varies by condition want included extras. Prices may be a bit higher following the holiday season. I've noticed people tend to bid higher around the holidays and those prices stay for awhile as people reference recently sold for prices

I bought a used Fluke 187 for €200 last december. Great condition with new probes. So an 189 for about same price looks great.
