I know Dave had input in the 121GW, but I was specifically wondering if Dave specified protection features, or connector type, etc...
Watching this, and I am not sure I saw it or not already, it seemed to me that Dave confined the physical details as well as functional details of this? It sounds like there was a sort of freedom by the manufacturer to lay out the boards and parts beyond the micro? I was just wondering, because in a positive relationship with the manufacturer, there is just a set of specifications and a price and it gets done. In a more unsuccessful outcome, the client could endlessly try to revise things, or the costs could get out of whack with the product. Also the manufacturer has to succeed in building the objective. Seems to have worked out?
