Zoyi ZT703s multimeter buged

Hello, I have a problem with the multimeter mode, in oscilloscope mode it works perfectly, as you can see in the photos in multimeter mode the needle, the battery icon and the measurement numbers do not appear, it does not respond to any key from f1 to f4, it does respond to the menu key, but the function keys do not respond; I have updated the firmware to the latest version, I downgraded it to a version prior to the one it came with and it is not solved. Has anyone had something similar happen to them? Do you know any hard reset method? I hope someone can help me, Regards

A couple of posts down @RAPo offers up another link with something you might be able to try.

I haven't had this problem so I'm afraid I can't be of more help.
