I wanted to know if since a/c inverters list a peak and a continous output if you could "hack" the inverter by specifically cooling components because I imagine the peak period is short because the inverter simply can't(doesn't for marketing reasons) have this extra feature.

Get a  fan, the only difference between a hot convertor that gives you the current your want and a cold one that does is cooling.
