Laboratory Exercise 1: Multimeter for beginners

I had found an very well written document, about the basics of measurements and multimeters .
I did read it all , and it was an interesting read , even for me that I am 42 years old,
and away of the theory about measurements , that the school class provides .
And so I am suggesting it, to all who needs a good memory refresh.
Or even to the ones who need to learn some basics , found only in the school class.
