Question about dual voltage eBay step up converter

Hey all,
I've found this on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/30W-DC-DC-Buck-Step-Down-Converter-5V-9V-12V-15V-3A-Dual-Power-Supply-Module/174288116134?epid=7007140231&hash=item28946199a6:g:oA0AAOSwUSJZ4N7u
and wondering whether anyone has used it.
There are no specs that come with it (other than a vague 20mV ripple figure with no load mentioned) or any attached datasheets.
I also can't see any IC markings on the PCB.
My target load is about 1.5A at +12V and -12V.
I was hoping to get a 15V output from this module to feed a couple of linear regulators.
I can always buy it and check for myself but it will take ages to get here from China so I though I could ask for opinions or other (cheap) alternatives here first.
I'm aware of reliable alternatives in the likes or traaco or delta dc/dc converters but they're far more expensive.
