Form leads of TO-92 transistors to look like the cut-tape ones..

Hi,
I wonder if there is any tool or method to form the leads of bulk packaged transistors (straight) to look like those that are tape reel packaged (bent)..
I can get somewhat close using flat nose pliers but it takes a bit of time..
