Testpoint locked automatically

Hello,

Is it normal that Altium is enabling lock on any pad or component that is marked as test point ? As soon as you close and open PCB file this behaviours is occurring.

This is very annoying... for each PCB board with test point enabled I have to select all test points and disable lock. I can't use room copy/past option cause test point is blocking any movement.

For the moment I created a component test point but not activated the test point option. And can't profit of the test point manager.

Any clue ?
