lenovo TB-X103F tab recovery menu in chineese

Hi all,ive this lenovo TB-X103F tab,it did a s/w update,now the recovery screen is chineese,any idea how to get it back to english like it was before the crappy update,it seems just to come up with test programs for the display etc,ive tried all the options but no luck,its got me pulling my hair out.

Im gobsmacked no one has answered this,i cant be the onlyone that has faced this.

Power+VolDown gives the Chinese diagnostic menu (no reset there).

Keep down both VolUp and VolDown while turning it on. That will brought the usual android recovery menu in English. You can reset it no problem after that.
