Touch screen monitor
« on: December 17, 2020, 10:59:49 am »
I'm after a touch screen monitor (min 21") that evenutally will be attached to a machine rathen than on a table, so VESA mount holes must.
The machine will run a Linux (KDE Wayland likely) and an app will pop up during startup.

Any recommendation and parameters I need to be careful about?

I have this:

In fact, I'm looking at it right now. Mine is installed on a floor stand with a VESA mount.

As well as touch, it has built-in webcam, mic and USB port (which I use for my wireless mouse/keyboard dongle).

I use it on a Win10 laptop, so I can't speak to its Linux support. The touch, mic and webcam use a USB 3 connection so you'll need a USB 3.0 A Male to Type B Male Cable.
