Source for "IBM style" round slide nuts for server rack?

I bought a new rack and it didn't occur to me that it has round holes instead of the usual square holes for caged nuts.

I've looked around on ebay etc... and they all seem to be ridiculously priced.  Does anyone know of a source where I can get these round style slide clips for racks? Attached is a photo of one that was included in the rack.
The one pictured takes an M5 bolt, but ideally if I can find ones for M6, that would be ideal since I have an abundance of M6 bolts.

How ridiculous is ridiculous? They seem to be roughly around 25p (45c down under funny money) each here, which isn't surprising to me.
