Need documentation for bittware XUP-VVP

A company I work with apparently didn't read this post: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/fpga/used-bittware-board/

So I'm in a similar situation.  They bought an XUP-VVP on ebay, and Bittware apparently considers it a legacy product, and won't support it.

Anything would help.  Constraint file, clock frequencies, whatever.
