How to Get Support When You Can't Contact Support?

Yeah, I can't log into the support center, probably because I don't remember my password.  I can't reset my password for an unexplained reason.  It says, "contact your administrator".  I can't create a new account with the same email address.  Efinix doesn't answer their phone at the office in California (voicemail only).  I can't find any other way to contact them, other than a sales email address. 

WTF?  This is one buttoned down company.  They really do not want to bother when new customers I suppose.

  Not sure what you mean.  Are you saying they do support through Twitter?

I've sent them an email.  In general, I find the sales contacts to be the slowest.  They are much more tuned into calls or direct emails from existing clients.  I would go through a distributor or rep, but they only use Digikey here and there's no rep in my state.

Well, I just went to the Efinix website and registered a new account. No problems at all.
