New Zynq based SOM

I just came across a new product of Octavo Systems called the OSDZU3. It looks great and one of the only SoMs that can be incorporated into compact, portable electronics as existing SoMs tend to be at the PCB scale. Sure this SoM is a PCB however is similar in surface area to a large packed FPGA.
What do you guys think? I expect the price to be around €300 but that’s really a guess.

Still a BGA package, so its mostly saving the cost/area of routing the DDR (+ new design risks). Would have to be pretty cheap to compete with a bare chip.
