FPGA SPI Timer, help needed

I am trying to design an FPGA timer using SPI data as input. It is supposed to send data to different timer buffers to set its parameters. During debugging I noticed that when DATA_READY is set HIGH all Data bits are undefined, I've attached the vivado project to this post. If anyone has any insights on what's wrong with the code please let me know!
