Error: I/O standard TTL is not supported for selected device family

Hello,

After selecting EPM7256AETI100-7 with quartus 9, I'm getting this error. I am not aware of any settings where standard TTL could be defined as under "Device and Pin Options", Default I/O standard is set to 3.3V LVTTL.

What could be the reason for this issue?

Note: before selecting EPM7256AET, there was a device from MAX7000S family (which has standard TTL) selected.
