Hi,
Do you know why this triac model doesnt work in LTspice.
I got it here.

Sometimes models you find online do not match the expected pin ordering on the symbol in LTSpice. I checked out of curiosity and the pin order for the netlist seems to match.

What errors / issues are you having? Are you getting an error when you run the simulation? Or just not the expected behavior?

Your triggering circuit looks at least a bit unconventional. Have you tried a simpler circuit?

Looks like you are trying to trigger the triac with a negative going pulse - which will be clamped by D1.
