Need to view old Tango PCB Plus V2.11 file

Hello,
I have a Tango PCB Plus V2.11 binary file that I'd like to just view the screen and print the silkscreen layer. Does anybody know how to get this into a more modern tool?  I DO have the Tango PCB exe on an old virtual machine, but it exits immediately as I assume it doesn't find the license dongle.  I have Protel 99 SE but that won't import it.  Any other options?
