Yes I found in the datasheet of DS1868B on page 8, "End-to-End Resistor Tolerance" is  -20% to +20%. This means it will not be a good solution to go with DS1868B.

I will look at the tooki suggestion. If there is a set pin that can be controlled by FPGA/DAC to set the output voltage.
