Footprint required

I am looking for footprint  FP-128B(QFP128) package ,its coamponent datasheet is available  but can anyone provide its land pattern datasheet?  I tried PCB library expert but since i have the lite version it is not possible to create footprint of a part with more than 100 pins and mine is 128 pin.
 or any alternate method to construct it ?

What CAD software are you using?

I saw your post on edaboard asking this same thing though you gave more information there; the device model number - HD64F2638

The Renesas altium library has this device and footprint for HD64F2638F/UF/WF models. https://techdocs.altium.com/display/ADOH/Download+Libraries - "Renesas Technology"
