PCB manufacturer
« on: September 19, 2013, 04:02:15 pm »
Hello! I've been designing PCB boards for quite some time now but my main problem is that I can't find a decent PCB manufacturer (Perú).
Does anyone know of an international PCB manufacturer that will make my design and ship it to my country? (Cheapest please)

I mean decent by:
-double layer
-trough holes
-SMD path
-Small Trace thickness
-Vias
-Green protection

Also I make prototypes and I'm not planning to have a producction of hundreds. I just want the PCB I can solder the components at my shop.

Thank you in advance

Eurocircuits ships to Peru. Cheapest? Not. But it is European quality, you can call them, they speak english, and there is a 2 day delivery term, if you really need it. I always order protos from them. it is very tempting to reduce the price with theese 5-10 dollar chinese 5x5 boards, but I think it is just too many restrictions.

$12.85 from OSHPark for my next board, three pieces. €66.21 from Eurocircuits for two pieces.

Really not worth it unless you have specific requirements..

Judging from your price you went below the 80*100mm minimum size. You can let them panelize it for you (included in the price), if you go for quantity. And there is the support, and the guarantee, fast shipping. If the only drive is price, than it is definitely not for you.

God forbid I produce a board smaller than Eagle's limit. So, useless for prototyping small boards.

Oh, I'm willing to pay if I get something for it. Don't even get a guarantee of finish for that price!

Here's a link to PCB Fabrication Sources, an article I wrote comparing several fab houses that I've used or am familiar with.  iTead Studios and Elecrow are definitely worth a look.  The article is reasonably up to data but read the comments for recent updates.
