Just saw this article, seems interesting.

Anyone knows more info? Will Fusion 360 have a PCB design tool included? Will they offer a full version of eagle to hobbyists?

Sounds more like it will do some synchronisation between the packages, update the PCB outline in Eagle, see the 3D model update in Fusion.
I'm much more excited about the sheet metal feature

Sounds like described by janekm. As far as i know there is just a free full version for educational purpose.
