They just gave up. Good by to over $1M.

read this before you transfer more than some $€£:

Imagine launching an Indiegogo campaign, reaching your funding goal, raising enough money for a manufacturing run (or whatever), then suddenly half of the funds are frozen with no indication of when (or if) they will be returned. You no longer have the minimum funding required to proceed with manufacturing and the project is put on hold
BS!
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/robot-dragonfly-micro-aerial-vehicle#/$110,000 USD goal
$1,140,975 USD raised
half of it freezed
$570,487 USD at hand
=5X the enough money for a manufacturing run (or whatever) goal
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/hackrf-blue#/$3,200 USD goal
$81,057 USD raised
half of it freezed
$40,528 USD at hand
=13X the enough money for a manufacturing run (or whatever) goal
why dont just run manufacturing for half the backers instead of mourning it cant be done?
I received emails asking me to upload the documents, however uploading was not actually possible through their system. I asked them about this, and they gave me a fax number instead (who has a fax?). I informed them I don’t have a fax, and finally they gave me an email address to send the documents. I was on a flight at the time and by the time I actually read this email (24 hours after it was sent), my account was limited. That’s game over
Mourning Muttle BS! are you on flight for the whole week? cant you find a retail with fax for rent?
and you only mourn after 1-3 years of campaign closing?
ps: i think the link is for hackrf-blue, not the dragonfly one.
regardless, its a mourning muttle BS
