College tuition help

Hello everyone!

I'm an engineering student and I've been in the forum for almost 4 years now.
I'm from Perú but currently living and studying in Colombia.

I'm in fourth year and I could use a helping hand.

I know this thread might be deleted but I wanted to give it a shot. I apologise in advance if this makes you uncomfortable.

My college tuition is way to high, about 800 USD per semester and since I started studying I've been able to obtain a scholarship that my university gives to the student with the highest grade in a semester and it helps by not paying next semester's tuition fee.
Two months ago my father passed away and I hadn't been able to obtain the scholarship mentioned above. Now, I have only a few weeks to gather money in order to pay for my tuition and I'm going crazy.
I've looked for a job without any luck and I have too many bills to pay.
As I mentioned, I'm from Perú and I study in Colombia with a student visa which is about to expired and I have to pay for that as well.
