Anyone from Europe should get the reference to Stella Artois.  Those who come from 1980s/90s 'estates' will understand the "Stacy".  It's a Stella Artois lager clone.  A little less strong (not much) and a little more malty by my design.

Nothing but crushed grain, water, hops, yeast.  (Flocking agent, yeast nutrient, some water salts).

About 4.5% when it was done.  Below is batch 1 after lagering for a week.  Batch 2 disappeared so rapidly there are no photos.  Batch 3 is in the fermentor.
